Prepare for Your Treatment
Avoid retinols, exfoliants, and harsh skincare for 3–5 days. Stay out of direct sun and tanning beds for 1–2 weeks. Skip self-tanners in the treatment area and pause other resurfacing treatments or waxing for at least one week.
Your Customized Treatment
A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment begins. The HALO TRIBRID handpiece glides across your skin while built-in air cooling reduces heat. Many patients describe the sensation as warm with a prickling or tingling feeling.
Recovery & Renewal
Immediately after treatment, skin may appear red or feel tight. Around days 2–3, a bronzed sandpaper-like texture (MENDs) rises to the surface. By days 4–5 this naturally begins to flake away, revealing fresher skin underneath. Expect approximately 5–7 days of redness and flaking.
